Sprint Corp. and satellite TV company Dish Network Corp. agreed to jointly develop and deploy a trial run of a fixed wireless broadband service, just months after Dish attempted to buy the wireless provider and the two battled over fellow telecommunications company Clearwire Corp.
The companies plan to run the trial in Corpus Christi, Texas, in the middle of next year with plans to expand into additional markets in the future.
